Bad Haiku
Horrible poetry for the digital age
27 Years, 345 Days and 77325 Haiku later...

life is confusing
might as well keep living
to figure out the mystery
(wuss, you're still alive!)
(you can't win with everyone :) )

in the end the decision is
a waste, and the reason a life
is done in, is no other options
were given, the company didn't care

don't...live...teach these bastards
what life means

suicide is painless
especially if you aren't
the one to feel the knife
and of course, some people
who come from snobby circles
think life is cheap
and, their own lives, seem to me
to be a throw away fraud
me kill myself? you first
Haiku # 29011, April 17, 2003 12:44 pm ET
by Mox
ah, I see, he's trying
to let me see what's dire
to see what the threat means
"or if you don't i will" but
usually the suicide says nothing
until you see him or her floating
dead, face first...

I believe that if I did kill myself
it would be in deep despair
but, if William's words led me to it
in the end, someone he cared about
would do the same, and, he would
be a broken man then
and perhaps, that the lesson is
heal, not kill the soul
Haiku # 29010, April 17, 2003 12:43 pm ET

would he be in the
denial, saying go ahead
his own selfish living
preventing another selfish one
from dying, for
gluttony is a sin as well, perhaps
would he be willing to die himself
for another, who, was dying, from another's selfishness? if life or death were necessary, would survivor ethics of me first prevail?
to me this is evil, and I wonder if the show should be on the other foot, evil sinner as I am

it's not william's responsibility to
save lives, but in real life, if someone were about to kill themselves, would he be able to
put himself in their shoes, or walk on? has he seen death himself or is he innocent there as well? The smell of broken flesh, the unmovement of a dead man or woman? could be be a paramedic perhaps someday?

this one is aimed at liz
love is not impossible,
just very hard, those who say
love is a lie, have been burned
and gave up...

it is your concern alone...
right now my heart is full of
magickal thinking, fears, doubts
the dark night of the soul passes.

if we wait...

sexually frustrated
digs into the sufferings of a not so cool life of addictions
see, and these mockeries, these, making fun of routines, get so damn, well, it's like kindergarten a bit, and that's a lot of college level stuff!

I saw a poet die
from a heart attack
as he delivered a funny routine
but fuck, why did he have to die?
he was sweet, it was meant to be
fun....listen, I know you nitwits on line have to mock stuff, you don't understand, but if it happens and I feel it, mock it if you must, "we all die, haba daba with fries, go ahead and kill yourself, I don't care, I'm too busy shoving heroin up my ass, my emotions are gone"

but it's not meant to be taken lightly, boom, as the suicide bomber blows

let's set up a brawl
fill a room with nooses
see who lives and who dies?

have people like you goad them on
or, we could hire a guy to talk them out... sounds like a sick book

I wonder if we can
watch the children starve
why just limit to suicide?
watch the bombs drop
hear the screams
it'd be fun

, well, one of those cultured guys,
he doesn't quite dig...

the common ground...forgive, learn to forgive, and understand
I should not threaten suicide, but if the morality is learned on Survivor, shove that lawyer woman into a place where she begs for mercy, and her life, true colors show)

I assume one has
to be a junkie to understand
being a junkie
make the sin popular
make the person see
in their shoes, to mass understand
burn no more witches
murder the heretic, murderer condemned on the last day
Haiku # 29000, April 17, 2003 12:22 pm ET

well, suicide isn't a joke
but those who do not know
what it is like to be looking at a noose

do not understand and react
as those who do not know the sin
therefore, the man is innocent
yet unforgiving...

makes life so worth it
