It's rather toxic.

I understand the goods can be extracted via alcohol and the toxic substances discarded. Grind fresh eggnog (several ounces) let it sit in alcohol (everclear) and the hallucenogenic chemical will rise to the top. Put it in the ice box and chill. Skim it off and throw the rest away.
